Apply to Bank of America Merrill Lynch's Diversity Insight Programs! Applications are due February 7th at 11:59 PM. If selected, you get a paid trip to either the Charlotte or New York office and have the opportunity to meet with senior business leaders from across the firm, conduct mock interviews, attend resume workshops, take part in professional growth activities, and begin to build your network of contacts.

The different programs include:

-Bank of America Ignite with Tech
